Starters

Mussels(1,3) cooked with garlic in a light creamy sauce

Kati Kebab (1,6,9) (lamb or chicken) cooked in a clay oven with a variety of herbs and spices then wrapped in fried thin bread

Aloo or Chicken Chat (9)

Tandoori Chicken (1,9) 1/4 chicken piece of chicken, marinated in yoghurt and spices, barbecued in a clay oven

Sheek Kebab (1,6,9) minced lamb coated with herbs

Chicken or Lamb Tikka (1,9) diced chicken or tender filleted lamb, marinated in yoghurt with medium spices barbecued in a clay oven.

Onion Bhaji (2) sliced onions mixed with carom seeds, coriander and gram flour

Samosa (6) triangle form patties stuffed with meat or vegetables

Prawn Puri (3,4,5,6) prawns cooked with spices and herbs, served with fried thin bread

Mixed Kebab (1,2,9) chicken tikka, lamb tikka, sheek kebab and onion bhaji 

Garlic Mushrooms Button mushrooms stir-fried in garlic and cream with a touch of coriander mild or spicy

Tandoori Chicken (1-9) half spring chicken marinated in special tandoori sauced with delicate herbs and species barbecued over charcoal

Chicken or Lamb Shaslik (1-9) chicken or lamb marinated in chef’s special spices, grilled with onions, tomatoes, and peppers, cooked on a skewer over charcoal

Hask Shasklik (1-9) duck marinated in chef’s special spices, grilled with onions, tomatoes, and peppers, cooked on a skewer over charcoal

Chicken or Lamb Tikka Flambe (6) chicken or lamb tikka tossed with tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers & spring onions, flavoured with lime leaf and served with Sumbuca flambe

Chicken or Lamb Tikka Masala (1,5,9)  tender chicken or lamb cooked in a tandoori sauce of herbs, spices and cream

Hanney Chicken Masala  (1,5,9) diced tender pieces of mashed tandoori chicken prepared with a very special sauce of minced meat. Highly flavoured with spices. This mild dish is highly recommended by the chef.

Chicken or Lamb Pasanda  (1,5,9) tender pieces of chicken or lamb cooked in a mild sauce with almonds, sultanas, red wine and fresh cream

Garlic Chilli Chicken or Lamb  (1,9) tender chicken or lamb cooked with fresh chopped chillies, spicy and fairly hot

Chicken or Lamb Jalfrezi (1,9) spicy diced chicken or lamb cooked in onions, tomatoes and green chillies

Kalia (1,9) a highly spiced lamb or chicken dish cooked in a rich sauce with onions, ginger, peppers and fresh garlic

Chicken or Lamb Shatkora (1,9) a medium spiced dish served with shatkora (Bangladesh lime fruit) in a thick aromatic spice with coriander, ginger and garlic

Chicken or Lamb Korai  (1,9)  spices and herbs, green peppers, peeled tomatoes and cubed onions, moisturised on an iron Korai (souk)

Chicken or Lamb Hariyali (1,5,9) chicken or lamb cooked with green herbs, mint, garlic, coriander and green chillies
